Haven’t installed them yet. But the reviews were good for these. I bought them to replace bearings in idler pulleys on ford e350 super duty. It’s way cheeper to replace bearings that purchase the whole pulley. Press out press in!. I will update on service life later!. Good purchase!.

In the past, I was very hesitant when buying bearings to make sure they were not made in China. That is, until I met a bearing distributor who educated me regarding Chinese bearings. He told me, originally, the factories from where he purchased bearings were pretty basic. Some even had dirt floors. That was years ago. He then told me that now they have some of the most modern bearing factories in the world and if I am worried about the quality that I shouldn't be flying. He further explained that all the airlines use Chinese bearings in their aircraft maintenance programs. That was some time back and I have not been disappointed in their quality and I use a lot of them.

I bought these to replace the bearings in the rear roller of our Sole F80 treadmill. I knew these were the correct size because the old bearings had the number imprinted on them. Removing the old bearings were the most difficult part. To save time you should get a bearing puller. Do not use the end of the inner pipe to smash out the old bearings, you will ruin the pipe and it will not fit back into the roller! There are several good YouTube videos on how to do this, but do not use the pipe to bang out the old bearings! Once you get them out, simply use a rubber mallet to hammer in the new bearings, it’s really easy and the rubber won’t harm them. Then simply reinstall the entire roller and adjust the belt using an Allen wrench. The hardest part is removing those old bearings! Good luck and I hope I was able to provide you with instructions!
