Got these for my bad boy zero turn. So far has lasted longer then factory ones did. Lasted roughly only 15 hours from factory and were really noisy. Replaced them with these and now have put about 30 hours in them and so far working great.

Rebuild your Bad Boy Elite OEM Spindles. The bearing number is 6206. All the 2RS stands for is 2x rubber seals. What I do is take a sharp pic, remove the rubber seal and slap in more RED fast grease, then replace the rubber seal. SPINDLE REBUILD TIP: The you tube videos show the old bearings falling off the shaft in dis-assembly or shows a guy with a hammer slightly hammering. LOL. No way!!! Here's what happens. The bearing is very hard metal, the shaft is softer metal. When your mower blade whacks something not grass, it puts a sideways force on the shaft. The bearing won't give--the shaft will slightly. The effect is to smash the shaft metal slightly under or near the bearing. This jams the bearing on the shaft. Trust me, you can bang with a regular hammer and get no place. You can use a hydraulic shop press. But placing the spindle body down hole, rim of spindle on the edge of the hole in a concrete block and whacking the top of shaft with a sledge WILL work with two 2 foot blows. What I do is thread the big shaft bolt almost all the way down into the shaft leaving a slight gap. Then I take a short impact socket that fits the bolt and whack that with the sledge. (That way the top of the spindle shaft doesn't become flattened making the pulley wheels hard to get on.)
Perfect Fit for Badboy Lawnmower Blade Spindles They are mildly greased from manufacture, but make sure you pop the cover and apply additional grease.
These are the best deal on .these fit almost ALL mower deck spindles. If you can turn a wrench you can replace your bearings for 1/10 th price of oem parts.
Good Value. Size is accurate. I'd buy again.
